Now offering a new way to consign furniture with us!
It’s simple!
Snap some photos of the furniture you want to consign and text 717-723-7987.
Include as many details as you can:
• Furniture brand or where it was purchased from
• Any flaws or issues worth noting
• If you have a specific price in mind
• If you’re a current consignor include your consignor ID.
2. Wait for us to text you back with approval.
3. Once approved choose from the following options:
A. Drop it off - Bring your furniture into our consignment center any time Mon-Fri 9am-4pm within 7 days of Approval.
B. Have us pick it up - If you can’t get your furniture here, we can pick it up! We’ll email you the contract and invoice and get you scheduled for the next available pick-up date. The pick-up fee is $50. If you have multiple large pieces, additional fees may apply, but we’ll let you know before arranging your pick-up date.
In the past we have asked you to send photos through email or social media, but now we have a cell phone dedicated to this purpose.

THE DETAILS
Local Pick-Up Only.
Furniture pick-up is available within the local Ephrata area only. The pick-up address must be located within a 20-mile radius of our Ephrata location.
Fees.
The base pick-up fee is $50. If you have multiple pieces or large heavier items that require additional assistance, extra charges may apply. The pick-up fee must be paid online one week before your scheduled pickup date. We will send you an invoice that can be paid by credit card or PayPal.
No Stairs.
Furniture must be located on the first floor at the time of pick-up. We cannot pick up from apartment buildings or homes that require going up or down any stairs.
The consignor must be present during the pick-up window. If the consignor cannot be home, they must appoint someone over the age of 18 to be present and sign the agreement.
Consignor Account.
If you’ve never consigned with us before, you’ll need to sign up for a new consignor account. Please let us know if you already have a consignor ID number or need to sign up for one.
Payment Terms.
Once your furniture is priced, the 60-day consignment period begins. You can view the dates in your online consignor account. The split is 50/50 for $29.99 and over and 60/40 for items priced below that. The price drops 20% after the first 20 days and then 50% of the original price during the last 20 days. If it doesn’t sell you can pick it up anytime on or before the consignment period ends. If the items is not picked up before the expiration date it becomes store owned.
