Consignor Access

We’ve updated some of our policies and requirements for consigning. Please take a minute to view the information by visiting the following link, Updated Consignor Requirements & Policies.

Please continue to adhere to our 50-piece limit for drop-offs.

*Items must be picked up before closing time the same day that you consign. You will be charged a $5 fee if your items are left behind the next morning.

If you have large pieces of furniture you would like to consign, please text photos to our NEW Furniture Cell Phone at 717-723-7987 to see if we can accept them. We also offer pick-up to the local Ephrata area!

Getting Started

We accept in-season, on-trend clothing, shoes, and accessories for all ages, including maternity and plus sizes. We prioritize condition, brand, and style—well-known brands sell best!

Additionally, we welcome modern home decor, furniture (Ephrata only), all types of household items, toys, and baby gear.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT:

  • Formalwear (except during prom season in Ephrata)

  • Used underwear, socks, tights, or adult bathing suits

  • Single baby onesies or leggings (must be paired in sets of two or more with matching brand and size)

  • More than 50 items per drop-off

Please see our full list of items we do not accept for the most updated information.

Toys and baby gear must be clean and in excellent condition.

Please ensure your baby-related items are up-to-date with all safety regulations and have not been recalled by the manufacturer before bringing them in.

Car seats must be unexpired and not previously involved in a car accident.

Before Bringing in Your Items

Inspect: Carefully inspect items for stains, holes, fading or damage. Pay close attention to collars, armpits, and seams, missing buttons and broken zippers.

Wash: Be sure clothing is clean and freshly laundered. No one wants to buy dirty clothes.

Fold: Neatly organize and fold all pieces into a bin or tote. This makes the sorting process much faster. We will NOT accept clothing brought in trash bags.

We cannot accept items with the following issues:

  • Stains, Fading, Discoloration or Odors

  • Holes, Rips, Tears

  • Pilling & Fabric Pulls

CONSIGNOR ID NUMBER

Keep an eye out for an email from ConsignorAccess, this will contain your consignor ID number, a temporary password, and instructions on setting up your online account so that you can view and track your sales. Important! If you do not see an email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

INSPECTION PROCESS

The associate will sort through and inspect your items as you shop in our store. The time it takes to sort through your items will vary depending on many factors, including the number of items brought in and the number of customers consigning that day.

Any items that were not accepted will be waiting for you to pick up in the consignment center.

IMPORTANT! You must pick up your bins and unaccepted items the same day you consign before closing. If you do not return to pick up your belongings your account will be charged a $5 fee.

For safety reasons, we can not accept any items brought in trash bags.

Please bring items and clothing folded inside a storage container, tote, bin, box, or laundry basket.

Example Pricing and Payout Structure

Days on Sales Floor Price Starts at $29.99 or over You Receive 50%

Day 21 - Day 40 (Price Reduced by 20%) $24.00 $12.00

The consignment period lasts 60 days and begins when your items are priced and put on the sales floor. Every 20 days the selling price drops as shown on our tags.

You will receive 40% of the sale for items priced under $29.99 and 50% for items priced $29.99 and over.

REQUESTING TO SET THE STARTING PRICE

If you have higher-value items you may request to set the starting price by filling out a Minimum Starting Price Agreement Form.

Download and print the form at home or fill it out when you come in to consign.

You will need to fill out a separate slip for each item you would like to set the starting price for.

EXAMPLE

HOW IT WORKS: Say you want to consign a black Michael Kors purse, but only if we set the starting price at $50. Keep in mind, that you will receive 50% of the sale (since priced $29.99+) if sold during the first 20 days.

This number represents the starting price only and not the final payout. It will drop by 20% if unsold at the first 20-day mark and 50% at the 40-day mark.
