How can I get the money from my consignor account?

You may use your consignor balance as Fashion Cents store credit at any time at our Ephrata and Strasburg locations. You can pick up a check in-store with a balance of $10 or more. Due to the expense and volume of individual checks, the check balance minimum is $10. You may request a mailed check if the balance is a minimum of $30 (no exceptions).

Am I able to receive one check from both locations?

No. We do not combine accounts. You must get separate checks from each store.

What is your return policy?

You may return an item purchased from our Ephrata or Strasburg locations within 7 days of purchase. You must present the tag and receipt. The balance will be returned in the form of store credit only. You must return your item(s) to the same store in which they were purchased. No exceptions.

We do not accept returns or exchanges at our Bargain Bins in East Earl or at the $20 or Less Outlet in Morgantown.

Will you accept _________ for consignment?

We may be able to give you an idea if it’s something we take; however, in most cases, we will have to see the item in person to provide you with a final determination.

Can I use my punch card or coupon with a sale going on?

No. We do not combine offers—one offer per transaction. No exceptions.

When do I need to pick up my items at the consignment center?

You must pick up your items the same day you consign by 7 pm Monday through Saturday. If you cannot pick up your items, please call the consignment center. If you do not call, your items will be donated and your account will be charged a $5 fee.

How do I get a consignor ID for consignment?

When you come in to drop off your items for the first time, you will sign up for a new account. Once we put your information into our system you will receive a card with your consignor ID written on it. We will put the card with your belongings when you come back to pick up your bin(s). If you do not receive one, please message us here.

How do I put an item on hold?

If we post an item on social media, message us and you will have until 8pm the same day to pay/pick up the item. If there is an item in the store you’d like to put on hold, please tell an associate, you will have 24hrs to pay.

Do I need to make an appointment before I come to the consignment center?

No appointment is necessary. You can walk in with your items and sign in using our new computer system!
