When you consign with us for the first time, you will receive an email from Consignor Access with your consignor ID and instructions on setting up your online account.
If you haven’t consigned with us since September 2024, balances will be transferred to the new software, and all items added after Sep. 9th will only be added to Simple Consign.

You may use your balance as store credit at any of our five locations with a valid state-issued ID.
Request a check in-store. Your account balance must exceed $10. A $1 fee will be applied.
Request a mailed check using our consignor contact form. Your account balance must exceed $30, and a $3 fee will be deducted from the balance.
Set up a direct ACH balance transfer through your Consignor Access account. Your balance must exceed $10 and there is a $3 fee. Send us a message to initiate a transfer. Please allow 3-5 days for processing.

Yes! Just let us know at checkout. We can combine payouts as long as both accounts have balances.

When you sign up for a new account, you will find your new consignor ID card placed inside your bin.
You will also receive an email from ConsignorAccess with instructions on setting up your online account. If you did not receive an email, be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder.

We do our best to respond as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 24 hours for a reply.

You must pick up your bins and any unaccepted items the same day you consign before the store closes. If you cannot pick up your items, you must call the consignment center before closing.
If you do not return to pick up your belongings, your account will be charged a $5 fee the following morning per leftover bin.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the original receipt and tags are attached.
You must return your item(s) to the same store in which they were purchased.
Refunds are issued in the form of store credit only.

We are no longer issuing paper punch cards; instead, points will be tracked electronically.
You can still redeem old punch cards, even if they’re not filled up. Each punch will count as 50¢ off your purchase. However, it cannot be combined with any other sale or discount.
Be sure to sign up for our new loyalty program at checkout to start earning points! (Full Name and Phone Number Required)
Points will accumulate in your account as you spend money. For every $10 spent, earn 1 point. 10 points = $5 off your purchase of $15 or more.

In October 2024, our Bargain Bins location closed its doors to make way for something even better. It reopened in November 2024 as Fashion Cents Consignment! This change allows us to offer the same great deals and quality shopping experience you know and love—now with the added benefit of full consignment services, just like all our other locations.

We love to show you all the amazing things that can be found in our stores. However, due to the size of our stores and the quick turnover rate, we’re unable to hold items through phone or messaging (unless otherwise specified through social media).
