Intro to Consigning
We accept in-season, on-trend clothing, shoes, and accessories for all ages, including maternity and plus sizes. We prioritize condition, brand, and style—well-known brands sell best! See our full list of best clothing brands to consign!
Additionally, we welcome modern home decor, furniture (Ephrata only), and all types of household items, toys, and baby gear. The best way to learn the types of items we take is to shop around in our stores. This will give you a better understanding of the wide range of items we accept on consignment.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT:
Formalwear (Except Prom Season - Ephrata Only)
Used underwear, socks, tights, or stockings
Single baby onesies or leggings (must be paired in sets of two or more with matching brand and size)
Please see our full list of items we do not accept for a detailed guide on what NOT to consign.
Preparing Your Clothing & Items
Inspect
Carefully inspect items for any stains, holes, fading or damage. Pay careful attention to collars, armpits, and seams. Look for missing buttons or zippers.
Wash
Be sure clothing is clean and freshly laundered. No one wants to buy dirty clothes!
Fold
Neatly organize and fold all pieces into a bin or tote. This makes the sorting process much faster. We will NOT accept clothing brought in trash bags.
We cannot accept items with the following issues:
Stains, Fading, Discoloration or Odors
Holes, Rips, Tears
Pilling & Fabric Pulls
Missing or Broken Zippers
Missing and/or Mismatched Buttons
Pay close attention to collars, cuffs, armpits, knees, waistbands, lining, seams, and hems.
Dropping off
No need for an appointment! Walk in any time during Consignment Center drop-off hours.
An associate will greet you and explain the process if you are unfamiliar or have any questions.
Step 1. Place your items on a lettered shelf space.
Step 2. Check-in
Head over to a computer and click Create New Consignor Account if it’s your first time consigning with us. If you’re a returning consignor, click ‘Check in’. You may enter your phone number OR your consignor ID number.
You will read our consignor agreement and fill out the necessary information to create your consignor account. Including name, phone, address, and email.
Step 3. Printing Labels
Fill in the details about your drop-off, including how many bins you have, the location of your bins, and the types of items you are consigning. Enter the number of labels you need. Type “1” if you only have 1 bin; this will print 3 labels for you. One label is for you if you want to stick it on your bin; the other two are for internal use. Please set them inside your box or on top of your bin. This is what we will use to ensure your items and clothing get entered into your account.
Very important. DO NOT stick these labels directly to any items. They are permanent and will ruin your items. Instead, use a clothespin or piece of tape (provided by us) to attach your consignor id label to your item.
We can not accept any items brought in trash bags.
Please bring clothes folded inside a storage container, tote or bin.
Inspection Process
When you drop off items at our Consignment Center, one of our associates will carefully inspect each piece. We check for flaws, stains, damage, and overall condition. We also consider factors such as brand, style, season, and current needs on the sales floor.
The time it takes to complete the inspection depends on how many items you bring and how many other consignors are ahead of you. On average, sorting takes 30 minutes to 1 hour, but during peak times, it may take longer.
Once inspected, accepted clothing and items are sent to our pricing stations, where they are prepared to be placed for sale in our store.
Picking Up
It is very important that you return the same day to pick up your bins and any items we were unable to accept.
If you’ve opted in to receive a text message when your items are ready, you should receive a notification. However, even if you do not receive a text (as this system can occasionally fail), you are still responsible for returning the same day to retrieve your bins and unaccepted items.
Unaccepted items will be placed in the designated pickup area of the Consignment Center. Please refer to signage at each location for exact pickup details.
All items must be picked up by closing time on the same day they are dropped off, regardless of whether a text was received.
If items are not picked up by the end of the day:
Your unaccepted items will be donated the following morning
A $5 fee will be applied to your account
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our processing area organized and running efficiently.

The consignment period lasts 60 days and begins when your items are priced and put on the sales floor. Every 20 days the selling price will reduce as shown on our tags.
You will receive 40% of the sale for items priced under $29.99 and 50% for items priced $29.99 and over.
Please be aware that your items are subject to our frequent sales and promotions.
At the end of the 60-days, any unsold items will become store-owned unless you retrieve them from the sales floor before the ‘expire date’. This date can be found in your online account.
If you would like to take back any of your unsold items at the end of the consignment period, you must do so before the expiration date. Please be aware that you are responsible for hunting down your items in our stores. If you would like a staff to assist you with the process, there is a $5 fee.
The Consignment Period & Payout Structure
Example Pricing and Payout Structure
Days on Sales Floor | Price Starts at $29.99 or over | You Receive 50% |
Day 1 - Day 20 (Starting Price) | $30.00 | $15.00 |
Day 21 - Day 40 (Price Reduced by 20%) | $24.00 | $12.00 |
Day 41 - Day 60 (Price is 50% of Starting Price) | $15.00 | $7.50 |
Getting Paid
As your items sell in our store your portion of the sale will accumulate into your account.
You may use your balance as store credit at any time or we will cut you a check upon request.
Checks written in-store must be $10 or more.
If you wish to have your check mailed, your balance must be $30 or more. There is a $1 fee for all in-store written checks and a $3 fee for mailed checks. There is no fee to use your balance as store credit.
Please use our contact form to request a check by mail, be sure to include your consignor ID and address OR stop in any time to pick up a check in-store with a valid state-issued ID.
Consigning High-Value Items and Requesting to Set the Starting Price
If you have higher-value items you may request to set the starting price by filling out a Minimum Starting Price Agreement Form.
Download and print the form at home or fill it out when you come in to consign.
You will need to fill out a separate slip for each item you would like to set the starting price for.
HOW IT WORKS: Say you want to consign a black Michael Kors purse, but only if we set the starting price at $50. Keep in mind, that you will receive 50% of the sale (since priced $29.99+) if sold during the first 20 days.
This number represents the starting price only and not the final payout. It will drop by 20% if unsold at the first 20-day mark and 50% at the 40-day mark.
For example, you want to bring in your Lululemon workout pants but only want to consign them if we start the selling price at $20.00. No problem! Just fill out the PDF form before you come in or pick one up from our consignment center. If we accept your item with the attached slip, we will price it at your requested minimum. If we are unable to meet your requested minimum price, we will return the item to you.

How to Consign Baby Clothing
O-24 Month Onesies & Leggings -Must be matched in sets of two or more by size AND brand before drop off. We can no longer take the time to put onesies and leggings together for you as this has become one of the main processes slowing things down in our C.C.
*If one of the outfit pieces has a flaw, we may take only a portion of the outfit if we think that piece will sell. If you DO NOT want us to separate matching outfits, leave a note with your items when you drop off.
TOYS & BABY-RELATED ITEMS
Toys and baby gear must be clean and in excellent condition.
Please ensure your baby-related items are up-to-date with all safety regulations and have not been recalled by the manufacturer before bringing them in.
Car seats must be unexpired and not previously involved in a car accident.
We do not accept newborn baby caps or mittens.
